How do I reset my password?

Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. You'll receive an email with a secure reset link valid for 15 minutes.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes. All video, audio, and input streams are encrypted end-to-end using WebRTC DTLS-SRTP. Signaling traffic uses TLS 1.3 with HSTS enforced.

Can I use TeamX without installing anything?

Viewers can connect directly from the browser. The host machine requires the lightweight TeamX desktop agent to share its screen.

What platforms does TeamX support?

The host agent runs on Windows (10/11). Viewers connect from any modern browser on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, or Android.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Go to your Profile settings in the portal. Under Security, click "Enable TOTP" and scan the QR code with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
